A single paper suggests that Chinese subjects with the haplotype rs8003602(C) and rs3783320(G) may be at higher risk of Alzheimer's disease. From the abstract, it is unknown what the risk is, but until shown otherwise, assume is a small increased risk (such as 1.1x).
[PMID 20693622] implicates the haplotype rs8003602(C) and rs3783320(G) with Alzheimer's disease in Chinese subjects. Note that it is possible you have no additional risk, due to a different, but indistinguishable, genotype due to unphased data.
