Good morning. I can't seem to see the difference between this syntax and

and(

 rs762551(A;A),
 rs12720461(C;C),
 rs2069526(T;T),
 rs28399424(C;C)
 )

which then is just the opposite of GS157, so I can't get GS158 to trigger. Please help me see the error in my (debugging) ways. Thanks. ResearcherQ (talk) 14:56, 4 February 2016 (UTC)

The differences is what happens when no genotype is reported for one of those positions. Reconsider when rs2069526 is simply not reported. --- cariaso 01:11, 5 February 2016 (UTC)
