Isn't sertraline a substrate of this also?
- pharmgkb lists sertraline as a P-gp inhibitor, although not as a substrate; it seems likely that ABCB1 variants could therefore lead to differential response to sertraline, but it would help to find a publication to confirm this. lennon
- [1] possibly? Maybe off-topic but I'm also very interested to find some publication or otherwise of _successful_ dosages for these kinds of antidepressants (specifically sertraline,citalopram/escitalopram) in people less likely to respond. So if someone knows something please write it here. zib
