The G allele, while common, is the risk allele as is stated on the page for this SNP itself. I believe - however incorrectly - that the G;G allele and A;G allele should be marked in the box along with the A;A allele, but have the G;G allele note that there is an increased risk but it is common. I've seen this done with other SNPs before and should be appropriate here as well.
