opening sentence is not correct. The minor allele (C) is associated with marginal increase in breast cancer risk, not the common T allele.

Agreed & now corrected, including the mention that the C allele may be protective in some ethnicities; thanks for the catch Greg (talk) 02:23, 17 March 2015 (UTC)
