Rasburicase

Rasburicase, sold under trade names including Elitek, Fasturtec, and Rasuritek, is a medication that helps to clear uric acid from the blood.Wikipedia A pegylated form of rasburicase, pegloticase, is also FDA-approved for the treatment of refractory gout.
Both rasburicase and pegloticase carry FDA and EMA warnings indicating that they should not be used in patients with G6PD-deficiency.
