Rituximab is the generic name for a chimeric monoclonal antibody targeting (and thus inhibiting) the CD20 protein. Rituximab is most commonly used for the treatment of B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, B-cell leukemias, and some autoimmune disorders.
