risk assignment under your GWAS SNP portal is wrong. For reference 24262325, risk allele is A (see top panel) as in the other GWAS. According to the Dichgans et al. study (24262325), see supplementary tables 2 and 3. G allele has lower OR (0.87 [0.82-0.91]). The OR that is shown in the panel on the SNPedia site is nowhere in the paper for this SNP.
