User:Donwulff: The meta-analysis appears to only support an association with the minor allele homozygote (AA, or TT, depending on orientation); could you explain why you have tagged the heterozygote with increased risk? Greg (talk) 05:31, 20 April 2014 (UTC)

I didn't touch the haplotype summaries, according to history log User:CarlKenner set them. Based on the latest meta-analysis I would assign the risk to Alzheimer's Disease and indeed remove the heterozygote risk since every study I checked seems to only find homozygote risk. But I'm bit hesitant to change existing info, as well as the effect-studies do seem to indicate the number of risk alleles affects granulin levels, so it's not a foregone conclusion it could have some effect. (Incidentally the GWAS box refers to recessive model and the summary to homozygote model, which was intentional) --Donwulff (talk) 08:44, 20 April 2014 (UTC)
