Is this page right for the alleles? It seems like TT should be more associated with brown eyes and AA with blue eyes. The entry says the opposite and that doesn't seem to make sense when you look at the list of genes associate with blue eyes.

agreed. Need some time to decide if the text or the graphs should be changed for consistency with external sources. --- cariaso 04:19, 24 June 2016 (UTC)
This is an intronic snp (so probably not causative), and rs12913832 is a MUCH stronger predictor. It was mentioned in one of the earliest papers as being part of a notable haplotype. It is possible that the text as written is correct (the specific haplotype could have a rare allele in it). I think the best answer is just to downplay the significance of this one, and defer to rs12913832 now that additional publications have clarified. I'm making the edits to do so. --- cariaso 12:03, 25 June 2016 (UTC)
Lots of other nearby SNPs were also noted due to "The "h-1" haplotype found in homozygous state in 97% of individuals with blue eye color is composed as follows [PMID 18172690]:", but many of them were never mentioned by other GWAS. I've used this as a chance to get rid of some of them, and to remove the genotype pages for which the evidence was neither compelling nor reliable compared to rs12913832. --- cariaso 12:30, 25 June 2016 (UTC)
