AA and Longevity

Not so sure the AA genotype should be marked as negative. Lower IGF1 levels have been associated with longevity in several studies. See, for ex:

Agreed. The evidence is relatively weak, but it is positive, and the A allele has been associated with both increased, and decreased, risk of some cancers (but in small studies). Might as well say that, and keep the repute neutral. Greg (talk) 00:01, 4 February 2016 (UTC)
