There has been a study (10.1371/journal.pone.0024588) on Memory Retention that the allele-combination "A-T-T"-haplotype of the SNPs rs10884402, rs7078098 and rs950809 gets lower scores in a memory test when compared to the complementary G-C-C haplotype.
