Phased
From SNPedia
Phased data is able to distinguish strands of DNA. Full genome sequencing technologies can usually capture this, however a microarray typically cannot. It is (mostly) possible to infer phase, if microarray data from the mother and father is also available.

Question: what are phased and unphased genotypes?
