My DNA tells me I am intolerant of NSAIDs. I learned the hard way that it's true. I need to be able to take them to relieve foot pain. When I take them my foot problem is greatly improved but my stomach feels like I'm trying to digest molten lava. Not so bad when I take over-the-counter naproxen, but at the over-the-counter concentration it does no good. Tramadol is equally ineffective for pain relief but doesn't cause the stomach problem.
I'm not at all sure what these posts are supposed to look like, but this one is mine.
