OMIM 603756.0004 states that seven women with the Junior bloodgroup system JR(a-) were homozygous for the T allele. Of the seven, six were southwestern European Romani. This mutation was also found in other non-Rom individuals. I'm not sure if this is on all of the 23andMe chips, but this SNP is definitely on the v4 chip.
