In psychiatry, traditionally, response is >50% improvement in scores, remission is low score (e.g. less than 7 HAMD). The authors in Uhr. et al reported on remission not response (another dirty statistically trick, I suspect there was no difference in response). Further, they picked 4 weeks interval to compare and report 7x ratio. From the text of the paper, the odds ratio for remission was lower at 6 weeks - about 75/38, that is about 2x.Paul z (talk) 13:43, 31 July 2018 (UTC)
