Talk:Rs2056202
From SNPedia
For this abstract, C-allele is confirmed to be the risk allele.
For the final abstract, T-allele is found to decrease the risk of Autism. From the abstract, "In the overall meta-analysis, the rs2056202 T allele and rs2292813 T allele were both significantly associated with a decreased risk of ASD"
These two seem to indicate that the risk allele is C, which should be indicated in the article itself.
