This entry communicates the mistaken impression that Rs6511720 is of the SNPs associated with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol or triglycerides in humans. It is not one of the six for that nor is it mentioned as one for it among the older ones documented for those. It is only associated with blood low-density lipoprotein cholesterol.
