Veritas provides clinical-grade, whole-genome sequencing (WGS) for $599, which is primarily delivered to customers in the form of personalized interpreted reports. Access to raw data files is an additional cost, currently $500 for the corresponding BAM file and $99 for the VCF file. [Total cost for sequencing and data in both file formats is therefore $1198.]
Promethease compatibility: The use of the VCF 4.1 format by Veritas means that VCF-based Promethease reports will contain ~16,000 genotypes.
