this is not a real snp. There is actually a real rs666, which looks to be a very nice and completely boring snp. If you are seeing this in a report, relax. This is only a test.
rs666 is a fictional snp is used to represent the worst thing you can imagine. A single copy of the (A) allele will have this terrible effect.
If you are rs666(A;A) we can be almost certain that this terrible thing will affect both of your parents and all of your children. If you reveal your rs666(A;A) status, you would be revealing their rs666(A) status also.
