It seems like the wrong (opposite) alleles have been put in as the risk allele for this SNP. Would fix myself but I'm not the best with wikis, last few entries I've corrected *look* correct, but changes don't appear in following Promethease reports.
- Thanks for the catch; the text was correct on the SNP/rs page, but the genotype annotation between CC <--> TT was reversed. It's just been corrected. As for edits, there's a lag time between when changes occur in SNPedia and when they show up in Promethease reports, just so you know. Greg (talk) 21:56, 5 February 2018 (UTC)
