This doesn't look right - how can both the variant AND the non-variant be bad?
- It's possible. One allele (T) appears to be associated with (slightly) increased risk for one condition (pulmonary fibrosis), while the other allele is associated with (slightly) increased risk for a different condition (glioma). There are also cases where both alleles are considered "good", and similarly, it's because the different alleles are associated with altered (decreased) risk for different conditions.Greg (talk) 17:30, 7 August 2018 (UTC)
