Haplotype A: rs6489188(G) and rs11608363(A)
Haplotype B: rs6489188(A) and rs11608363(G)
Haplotype C: rs6489188(G) and rs11608363(G)
Individuals homozygous for haplotype A were strongly associated with nonatopic eczema compared to individuals not carrying that haplotype. [PMID 17900679]
