rs2241524 is a SNP in the LILRA2 gene that disrupts the splice acceptor site of intron 6.

Case-control association studies on 273 Japanese patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and 50 patients with microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) showed an association between the homozygous rs2241524(T;T) genotype (as oriented in dbSNP).
