Summary APOE E2/E4 or possibly E1/E3

You probably have the more common APOE E2/E4 genotype, but the ambiguity of unphased microarray data means that the rare E1 allele could be pairs with E3 to produce an indistinguishable genotype. If a person has the APOE E2/E4 genotype, they are at ~2.6x higher risk for Alzheimer's disease compared to those carrying two APOE-ε3 alleles.
