All copies of the two atrial fibrillation SNPs mentioned by 23andMe are defective. This affects the formation of the heart and gives the highest risk of Atrial Fibrillation (quivering of the top part of the heart) that 23andMe reports. It also seems to increase the risk of Cardioembolic ischemic stroke (blocked blood flow to the brain) although 23andMe doesn't mention that. The risk is highest for men. Based on many quality studies and confirmed for Europeans and partly for Asians. It's recommended to eat a heart-healthy diet, and only drink alcohol in moderation, to lower the risk.
