APOE E2/E2 most likely; lower Alzheimer's risk

[PMID 20838585] rs445925 can be used as a proxy for rs7412, based on a correlation of ~0.76 - 0.87 in at least some populations. This is of use in genotyping ApoE status, since although rs7412 tags the ApoE2 allele directly, it (rs7412) is missing from many genotyping chips (such as some of those used by AncestryDNA, for example).
In dbSNP orientation, rs445925(T) corresponds to rs7412(T) and therefore, at least when the association is true, establishes the presence of an ApoE2 allele. Note that this association does not hold in African (and African-American) populations.
